How Do we get around renaming Desktop Version of PBI and Workspace, but maintaining access to users? E. G. If Desktop name = Report_1.1 And I want to rename Workspace to Report_Final But I need to maintain User Access same as Reprot_1.1

Very useful video. Have a question. Is it possible to sort the breakdown field. I created a waterfall chart where year on axis quarter is the breakdown field and total revenue is the metric. I wanted to see the quarter also in ascending order along with the year.

Hello please i need help, I did some work on power bi desktop published the work to workspace on powerbi.com then due to some technical issues i lost the file (i can only access older verson of which i have done more 6 days review on the present file and published). Now my worry is, how do i get the most recent verson from powerbi.com (workspace) back to the desktop?? please i need help.

Is there a way to do this on AGG( , I see in video you have sum. Unchecking "aggregate" is grayed out.
